Join us in Nosara, Costa Rica, from February 1–7, 2027, for an unforgettable seven-day deep dive into the power of your breath. No prerequisites or previous breathwork experience are needed—only an open heart, a curious mind, and a willingness to explore. Throughout the week, you will be introduced to the foundations of breathwork before gradually moving into deeper practices and a variety of Holosomatic breathwork techniques, including meditative, tantric, energetic, trauma-release, and psychedelic breathwork. Each morning will begin with yoga, meditation, and guided journaling, creating space to connect with yourself before stepping into the beauty and adventure of Costa Rica. Your days will be filled with breathtaking excursions, meaningful experiences, nourishing meals prepared by a private chef, and daily guided journeys into the breath. In the evenings, we will gather for intentional ceremonies, reflection, connection, and integration beneath the warm Costa Rican sky. Guided by your primary host and supported by two trained facilitators, every experience will be approached with care, allowing you to move at your own pace while remaining guided, supported, and in control of your journey. Your five-star accommodations, private-chef meals, excursions, and ground transportation are all included, allowing you to fully surrender to the experience without having to worry about the details.
