Our Daily Rhythm — Movement, Mindfulness & Connection
Each morning begins with the sounds of the jungle and the beauty of the Pacific before us. We gather for yoga, exploring mindful movement, mobility, strength, and breath awareness, with guidance to help you move at your own pace.
From there, we settle into meditation and guided journalling. Thoughtful prompts invite you to explore your intentions, reconnect with what matters, and make room for the dreams everyday life sometimes leaves waiting.
After a nourishing breakfast, our days open into beautiful adventures and time to rest. Discover Costa Rica, enjoy an ocean swim, lounge beside the infinity pool, or simply savour a quiet afternoon with nowhere else you need to be.
Evenings bring us together for sharing circles and a changing blend of cacao ceremonies, Holosomatic breathwork, sound baths, and reflection. Each gathering offers space for connection, laughter, and self-discovery.

Your own beautifully appointed room with a king-size bed. Enjoy the privacy to unwind, journal, and savour quiet moments between our shared experiences.
Shared Accommodation — $2,900 CAD per person
Share a welcoming room with another retreat guest—a beautiful option for women travelling together or those open to creating a new connection.
Both options include our retreat program, nourishing meals, planned adventures, and ground transportation. Flights are separate.
