A one-on-one Holosomatic Breathwork session is a space to slow down, connect with yourself, and explore what comes up through the breath. Facilitated by Nicole Stettler, each session is shaped around your intentions, comfort level, and experience. No previous breathwork experience is needed.
Your session lasts approximately 2½ hours from beginning to end. We begin with conversation and journaling to explore what brings you here, followed by writing an intention and affirmations that feel meaningful to you. Scent, sound, and taste may be woven into the experience to help you engage your senses and settle into the space.
Before we begin the breathing practice, Nicole will explain what to expect, introduce diaphragmatic breathing, and guide you through the technique chosen for your session. The guided breathwork portion lasts approximately 60 minutes. We then leave time for rest, journaling, conversation, and integration so you can reflect on your experience before returning to your day.
Nicole works with a range of Holosomatic Breathwork approaches, including meditative, energetic, trauma release, and psychedelic breathwork. Together, you’ll discuss which approach feels appropriate for you. Every journey is unique, and you are always guided, supported, and in control of your experience.
Your breathwork session begins before the first deep breath. We take time to talk, set an intention, and help you feel comfortable with the practice. During the guided journey, you may notice physical sensations, emotions, memories, or simply a sense of quiet. There is no particular experience you need to have.
Afterward, you’ll have time to rest and reflect with Nicole. Whether you’re new to breathwork or looking to explore a different technique, your one-on-one session meets you where you are.
