Grounding Yoga

Guided Meditation & Sound Healing


Our classes begin with a 25–30 minute grounding yoga practice designed to gently bring you back into your body.

This is not a fast-paced or performance-based flow. It is a slow, intentional movement practice inspired by retreat life, where each posture becomes an opportunity to arrive, to soften, and to reconnect.

We focus on breath-led movement, gentle holds, and mindful transitions to release tension from the body while creating space within. This practice is accessible to all levels and invites you to move with awareness, compassion, and presence.

It is your moment to land… before we go deeper.

Guided Meditation & Sound Healing

Guided Meditation & Sound Healing

Following movement, we transition into a guided meditation experience supported by sound bowls and calming frequencies.

Each session is intuitively led and may include different styles of meditation—visualization, breath awareness, body scanning, or intention-setting. At times, we introduce simple, practical tools to help you create more peace, clarity, and balance in your daily life.

The sound bowls are used to deepen your state of relaxation, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to quiet.

This is where integration begins…
where you listen, release, and return to yourself.

Sharing Circles

We close our experience with gentle sharing circles designed to create connection, not pressure.

This is a safe, welcoming space where you are invited to share, only if you feel called. These circles are intentionally kept light and accessible, allowing you to express, listen, and be witnessed without the need to go deeply into your story.

Through simple prompts and guided conversation, we build a sense of community, presence, and support. Even in a room of new faces, something powerful happens when we come together with openness and respect.

You may leave feeling heard…
or simply held in the energy of the room.

Guided Breathwork

Our breathwork practice is a 10–15 minute guided experience designed to reconnect you with your breath and your body.

We explore simple, effective breathing techniques—moving between nasal and mouth breathing, with gentle rhythms such as 2–2, 3–3, and 4–4 counts. Each session is supported by music and guided cues to help you stay present and grounded throughout.

As the breath deepens, the experience can become powerful. You may feel energy moving through the body, a sense of emotional release, or even moments of lightness, clarity, and expanded awareness. Some experience deep peace, vivid sensations, or a feeling of stepping beyond the mind.

Every experience is unique. You are always guided, supported, and in control of your journey.

Our workshops and weekly classes offer a glimpse into this work, introducing the same practices, tools, and energy you would experience on retreat, in a way that fits into your everyday life.

Whether you join us locally or travel with us, you are stepping into a space created with intention, care, and transformation in mind.

This work is rooted in connection—both with yourself and with others.

Through guided partner and group practices, we explore tools such as active listening, eye-gazing, and gentle reflection exercises. You may be invited to sit with another, to be fully seen and heard, or to simply witness and hold space.

These practices are designed to be accessible and supportive, allowing you to explore vulnerability at your own pace. There is no pressure to go beyond what feels right for you.

In these moments, something subtle yet powerful begins to shift, creating a sense of trust, clarity, and deeper self-awareness.

What You Need to Know

Classroom Sizes & Booking

Our classes are designed to create a supportive and immersive group experience.

With limited space available (up to 20 participants), each class allows for connection, comfort, and the ability to fully settle into the practice without feeling crowded or rushed. The energy of the room is an important part of the experience, and this setting allows that to be felt and shared.

Spots are reserved in advance, and drop-ins are welcome when space allows. We recommend securing your place ahead of time to ensure availability.

Arrival Information

Location: Unit 207 1324 11th Avenue SW (Upstairs) Turn right as your exiting the elevator.

Classes are held on the second floor. To enter the building, please buzz 207.

You may take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor. Upon arrival, kindly remove your shoes at the door. A yoga mat, blocks, and a blanket will be prepared for you.

We ask that you enter the room quietly, as participants may already be in Savasana or in a meditative state. This is a calm, quiet space, and maintaining that energy is important for everyone’s experience.

There is a small entrance lobby and change area where you are welcome to place your belongings. While the building is safe and peaceful, we are unable to assume responsibility for personal items.

What you need to bring

Just bring yourself—and a water bottle—everything else is taken care of.

We provide yoga mats, blocks, and blankets for your comfort. You may wish to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax with ease.

If there is anything that helps you feel more at home in your practice—a journal, an eye pillow, or a personal item—you are always welcome to bring it with you.
